Xbox One Call of Cthulhu is a survival horror game developed by Cyanide and published by Focus Home Interactive for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC. The game was released in 2018. It is based on the short story "The Call of Cthulhu" written by H.P. Lovecraft, as well as the 1981 tabletop roleplaying game by Chaosium called "Call of Cthulhu".

In Call of Cthulhu, players take on the role of Detective Edward Pierce, a World War I veteran who now makes his living as a private investigator. Pierce is hired by the family of a deceased artist to investigate his death on the remote island of Darkwater. Once Pierce arrives on the island, he soon discovers that something is wrong. In addition to unraveling the mysterious case, Pierce must also deal with his own demons and gradually descends into madness.

The game focuses on investigating and interacting with the island's inhabitants, while gradually revealing a story full of dark secrets and horror elements.
