Resident Evil 5 is a survival horror video game developed and published by Capcom for various platforms, including the Xbox 360. The game was released in 2009 and is the sixth installment in the main "Resident Evil" series.

In Resident Evil 5, players assume the roles of BSAA (Bioterrorism Security Assessment Alliance) agent Chris Redfield and his partner Sheva Alomar as they try to stop the spread of a bioterrorist attack in the African state of Kijuju. The game is set in close connection with the plot of the previous "Resident Evil 4".
