Xbox 360 Borderlands is an action role-playing first-person shooter developed by Gearbox Software and released by 2K Games for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC in 2009. It is the first game in the Borderlands series.

The game takes place on the dystopian wasteland of the planet Pandora, where players take on the role of one of four treasure hunters, also called "Vault Hunters". Each of these hunters has unique abilities and weapons that can be further upgraded and customized throughout the game.
