Borderlands 2 will follow the mantra of "bigger, better and badder" to the letter, and will therefore include brand new characters, skills and weapons. All of these elements will interconnect in a story that will take players to the world of Pandora to take on the infamous Handsome Jack and his corrupt Hyperion Corporation, either in a solo campaign or co-operative play that can involve up to four players. The developers are also promising more brilliant enemies and a very ambitious story, which means we can look forward to a noticeable difference in the environments and, most importantly, enemies that will have much more nimble reactions, making them feel more like real players.

The looting frenzy of the first Borderlands game is back in full force in Borderlands 2, and it's better than ever.
