Xbox 360 Portal 2 is a first-person shooter developed and published by Valve Corporation. It was released in April 2011 for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Windows. It is the sequel to the original 2007 game Portal, which was well received and became a cult title due to its unique gameplay and humour.

Portal 2 introduces players to a series of puzzles based on the use of a portal device that can create portals between two surfaces. These puzzles often require the use of physics principles such as torque, as well as interaction with different types of objects and mechanisms such as elevators, laser beams, and liquid gel altering surface properties.

The game also expands on the story and world of the original Portal game. Players once again take on the role of Chell, who is trying to escape from the Aperture Science research complex. Throughout the game, she interacts with various characters, including GLaDOS, an artificial intelligence that guides the player through the tests, and Wheatley, a cute and slightly awkward new robotic guide.

In addition to the single-player mode, Portal 2 also features a cooperative two-player multiplayer mode where players control two robots, Atlas and P-Body, and must work together to solve a series of puzzles.
