Batman: Arkham City for Xbox 360 is an action-adventure game developed by Rocksteady Studios and published by Warner Bros. The game was released in 2011 by Arkham Rock & Roll Studios and published by Interactive Entertainment. It is the sequel to the successful Batman: Arkham Asylum and is considered one of the best Batman games ever. The game takes place in a vast open world that includes a part of Gotham City converted into a huge prison known as Arkham City, and combines elements of action, stealth, puzzle-solving and exploration.

Game description:

In Batman: Arkham City, players take on the role of Batman, who is trapped in Arkham City - a massive, fortified zone in the center of Gotham City where the city's most dangerous criminals are held. Here, Batman must face a host of notorious villains, including the Joker, Penguin, Two-Face, Mr. Freeze and more, while trying to uncover the truth behind the mysterious "Protocol 10," a plan that threatens the lives of everyone inside Arkham City. The game also introduces Catwoman as a playable side character with her own missions and story.

Gameplay:

Batman: Arkham City features an open world that allows players to freely explore the environment of Arkham City, completing main story missions and side quests that include iconic Batman villains and allies. The game combines a fluid combat system known as "Freeflow Combat", which is easy to learn but difficult to master, with elements of stealth, where Batman uses his arsenal of gadgets and abilities to stealthily dispatch enemies.

Batman has a wide array of tools and weapons at his disposal, such as the Batarang, grappling hook, explosive gel, detective mode (which allows you to analyze the environment and follow clues), and many other gadgets that are crucial for combat, exploration, and puzzle solving. Batman: Arkham City features a dark and gothic visual style that faithfully captures the atmosphere of Gotham City. The graphics are of a high standard, with detailed character models, fluid animations and rich environments.
