Potion Permit is a magical PS5 RPG set in the town of Moonbury, where the player assumes the role of a chemist sent by the Medical Association to cure the Mayor's daughter and convince the townspeople of the benefits of modern alchemy. The game features an open world where you can diagnose diseases, collect ingredients, prepare potions and care for approximately 30 unique residents. Each sick inhabitant has an interrupted daily routine, which requires your care. As your experience grows, you gain access to more advanced recipes and upgrade your tools and potion mixing cauldron.

Throughout the game, you'll also face battles with monsters to obtain rare ingredients, and you'll have the opportunity to build relationships with the inhabitants, allowing you to improve the city and its surroundings.
