In Evil Genius 2: World Domination, players build and manage their bases on a tropical island, recruit a diverse cast of sidekicks, criminals and scientists, and send their agents on dangerous missions around the world to gain the influence, money and resources needed to carry out their plan for world domination. The game features four different "evil geniuses", each with their own unique abilities, play style and goal.

Gameplay:

The game combines elements of base building, strategy and management. Players design and build various rooms in their base, such as laboratories, casinos, prisoner cells, interrogation rooms, and traps to hold enemy agents.
