PS4 Back 4 Blood is a cooperative first-person shooter developed by Turtle Rock Studios and published by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment. Available on the PS4 platform, the game is the spiritual successor to the popular Left 4 Dead series, also developed by Turtle Rock Studios.

Back 4 Blood is set in a post-apocalyptic world that is infected by a parasite called the "Devil Worm". This parasite can turn its hosts into bloodthirsty monsters called Ridden. Players take on the role of members of a resistance called "Cleaners" who are trying to survive and fight these monsters.

The game supports up to four players in co-op mode, where players can go through different missions and levels in order to survive. Each team member has unique skills and abilities that can be modified and improved through cards. This card system offers a degree of tactical depth and game customization that can be used to create different strategies.

In addition to the cooperative mode, the game also offers a competitive PvP (player versus player) mode where one group of players plays as the Cleaners and the other group plays as Ridden.
