Call of Duty: Black Ops III is a first-person shooter game developed by Treyarch and published by Activision. Released in 2015, the game is the twelfth installment in the Call of Duty series and a direct sequel to 2012's "Call of Duty: Black Ops II".

The game's story is set in the dystopian future world of 2065, where technology and cybernetics play a key role. The main campaign follows a Black Ops team that must face a threat called Direct Neural Interface (DNI) - a technology that allows humans to directly control technology with their minds, but also creates new opportunities for terrorism and manipulation.

The gameplay is typical of the Call of Duty series, with fast-paced and intense combat. Black Ops III, however, adds new elements such as "cyber-abilities", special abilities that allow players to hack enemy robots, break defensive systems, create confusion between enemies, and much more. Players can also upgrade their abilities through the XP system.

The game also features a four-player co-op mode, a first in the Call of Duty series, where players can work together to progress through the main campaign. In addition, Black Ops III also offers a traditional multiplayer mode and the popular zombie mode.
