Dawnguard

Dragonborn

Hearthfire

The third expansion allows players to buy land and set up their own homestead. The warmth of home can be experienced by building a simple hut, but it is also possible to literally fulfill the saying "my house, my castle" and build a large estate with stables, an armory or an alchemy laboratory.
