PS3 Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 is a first-person shooter developed by Infinity Ward and Sledgehammer Games, with support from Raven Software. It was released by Activision in November 2011 for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and Microsoft Windows. Modern Warfare 3 is the third installment in the popular Modern Warfare sub-series within the Call of Duty franchise and follows directly after the events of the previous installment, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2.

The main story campaign follows various characters from the previous installments, such as Sergeant John "Soap" MacTavish, Captain John Price, and newly added Sergeant Derek "Frost" Westbrook. The players fight against ultra-nationalist Russian forces attempting to start World War III and take over Europe. The campaign includes various missions that take place around the world, including New York, London, Paris and Berlin.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 refines the gameplay from previous installments, with improved shooting and movement mechanics and new weapons and equipment. The game also features a special co-op mode called "Spec Ops" in which players can work with friends to complete various challenges and campaign-based missions.

Modern Warfare 3's multiplayer mode has also been improved and expanded, with new game modes, maps and weapons. Players can advance their online career, gain experience, and unlock new weapons, equipment and upgrades. Multiplayer also includes a "Killstreak" system, which now allows players to choose different bonuses based on the number of kills they get in a row.
