Second Sight for Playstation 2 combines an atmospheric psychological thriller story with paranormal psychic abilities, stealth exploration and an intense action shooter, bringing a new dimension to stealth action games by putting players in control of a character with incredible psychic abilities. The game offers several approaches to completing levels, either through stealth, shooting, psychic abilities or a combination of all three. The ability to psychically influence characters and remotely manipulate objects and individuals gives the game a whole new dynamic.

PS2 Second Sight opens with John Vattic, the main player-controlled character, awakening from a coma in an American medical facility where he has been subjected to traumatic surgery and experimentation. He doesn't know his name, he doesn't remember his past, and all he knows is that his only hope for survival is to escape and uncover the mystery that led to his imprisonment.
