In Ratchet & Clank, players control Ratchet, a young lombax (a type of animal alien) with a talent for mechanics, and his robotic companion Clank. Ratchet and Clank decide to put a stop to Drekk's plans, and on their adventures they visit various planets to fight enemies, collect new weapons and gadgets, and solve puzzles.
