PS2 Quest for Sleeping Beauty is a 3D variant of Pac-Man played from a bird's eye view. Based on the Sleeping Beauty fairy tale. Sleeping Beauty, bored with her royal quests, decides to enter the dangerous forest alone. After wandering deep into the forest, she eventually gets lost and hides in an abandoned castle. Now she waits for a prince to rescue her.
The player takes control of the young boy or girl and must collect all the pellets on the map in order to progress. Spiders and other enemies harass the player, and when a spider catches them, you lose your life. Potions can be found all over the map that repel enemies. These are available in several colors: red will scare away enemies, blue will freeze enemies (run over them to kill them), and green will make you invisible.
