PS2 Sonic Unleashed

Sonic Unleashed is an action platformer released for PlayStation 2 in 2008. The main character of the game is the famous blue hedgehog Sonic, who embarks on an adventure across different continents to stop his arch-enemy, Dr. Eggman, who has torn the world apart and unleashed dark forces.

The game features a unique combination of gameplay styles: classic fast-paced action in the form of running and jumping during the day, and combat-oriented passages at night when Sonic transforms into a "Werehog" (hedgehog werewolf). In the daytime, the game offers the traditional fast-paced action of Sonic's 3D levels, where players must overcome obstacles, collect rings and fight enemies. The night part of the game focuses on combat and puzzle solving, where Sonic as Werehog relies on his strength and fighting skills.

The game features different environments inspired by real places, each with their own unique levels, enemies and challenges. The visuals are very impressive for PlayStation 2 and are accompanied by a dynamic soundtrack.
