D is a psychological horror title developed by WARP and first released in 1995 for the PlayStation 1. The game follows the story of Laura Harris, who sets out to save her father, Dr. Richter Harris, after he causes a massacre at the hospital where he works. Laura finds herself in a mysterious gothic castle full of puzzles, tricky riddles and dark references to her family's past. The story gradually unfolds through a series of flashbacks and visions that lead Laura to shocking revelations about her origins and terrifying family secrets.

Graphically, Game D was notable for its use of fully rendered 3D scenes and animations, which was quite advanced for the time of its release. The game's environments are dark and claustrophobic, adding to the overall horror atmosphere.
