Complaints Procedure
General provisions
In his own interest, the buyer is obliged to inspect the goods immediately after delivery and inform the seller of any defects found without delay. If the buyer discovers differences between the purchase contract (invoice) and the delivered goods, he is obliged to notify the seller immediately, no later than within 3 working days in writing (email). Complaints can be made by delivery at your own expense to the company address given in the contacts. The goods must be in complete condition, including packaging and manuals. They must not be damaged or torn off with serial numbers and codes. A copy of the proof of purchase and a description of the defect must be attached to each claimed item.
Warranty conditions For new goods, the statutory warranty is 24 months. There is a 1-year warranty on used and second-hand goods.
Claiming the warranty
The buyer has the right to claim the warranty only on goods that show a defect. The goods accepted for complaint will be exchanged if the identical goods are not in stock and will not be in the foreseeable future for 1 month, then both parties can agree on an exchange for other goods, so the seller returns it to the buyer the amount for the goods. The duration of the complaint resolution is a maximum of 1 month from the initiation of the complaint procedure. Once the complaint is settled, the seller will send the goods to the buyer's address. In the event of a justified complaint, the buyer has the right to reimbursement of the costs that he purposefully incurred when applying the warranty.
Loss of warranty
The seller reserves the right not to recognize the claim in the following cases: using the goods in inappropriate conditions, poor handling, visible mechanical damage to the goods caused by bad handling
